My name is Chelsea, and I’m a young lady living in Charlotte, North Carolina.  I’m passionate about self betterment and hulk-smashing stigmas about alcoholism.  We are your friends, neighbors, and bosses.  We are clean and well-educated.  Only by being frank and open about our own struggles can we pave the way for others to do the same.

After nearly three years sober, I’m developing new thoughts and ideas about recovery on a daily basis.  I’m a possibilian and a sucker for science.  Two parts peer-reviewed studies, one part “whatever works for you”.  My background in Psychology and experience with addiction give me a unique view of recovery from the inside.
